• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still request and receive an estimate without agreeing to text messages by calling us at (775) 300-1989 instead.
• Message frequency varies depending on your project and the stage it is at.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details above.
• We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• Service providers who run this website. Webflow hosts this site and delivers our form submissions. Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, provides website analytics. Cloudflare provides Turnstile, which protects our forms from spam and bots. Elfsight displays our Google reviews on this site.
• People who help complete your job, such as suppliers, manufacturers processing a warranty, or subcontractors, and only the information they need.
• Your insurer or adjuster, if you ask us to help document or support an insurance claim.
• Legal and safety reasons, where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• A successor, if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• Email. Reply and ask us to stop, or use any unsubscribe link.
• Analytics. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent your visits from being measured.
• Cookies. Manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Access, correction, or deletion. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records for warranty, tax, or legal reasons.

6. Nevada privacy rights

Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) allows Nevada consumers to submit a verified request directing a website operator not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information.
